The Schörghuber Group's corporate philosophy was created by its founder, Josef Schörghuber, and developed further by his son, Stefan Schörghuber. To this day, it is the compass that guides everything the family that owns the company does. It is a clarion call to all employees and incorporates the entrepreneur's vision and core values, which include sustainability, discipline, reliability, performance, diversity and trust.
